Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Custom or made-to-order items
• Items showing signs of wear or use

How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at info@haiderent.ca or call +1 639 317 8421 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send the item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return shipping.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@haiderent.ca and we’ll be happy to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@haiderent.ca with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
